We are building infrastructure for a healthcare system that has resisted software for decades. Specialty clinics still run on fax machines. Rare disease patients wait years for diagnoses that could have been caught at intake. The problems are clear; the solutions require people who can hold complexity without being paralyzed by it.

We look for people who finish what they start. Who prefer working in the open to working in isolation. Who can articulate what they believe and update when presented with better evidence. Technical skill matters, but disposition matters more. We would rather teach someone a new framework than teach them how to communicate clearly or take ownership of outcomes.

Early-stage means ambiguity. It means your job description will change, sometimes within the same week. It means you will occasionally be wrong in ways that are visible to everyone. If that sounds like a feature rather than a bug, you may be a fit.
